Welcome to the United Church of Sun City 

For the first time since 1961 our original church building, known as Witt Hall, is vacant. ​​

There is a separate modular building for office and administrative with an outside patio area. Includes multiple walk-in refrigerators, a large commercial kitchen (equipment not included) and open offices. Approximately 11,250 sq. ft.

The Witt Hall building was built in 1961 to be used as the first church in the newly developing Sun City. Later on, our current church building was constructed in 1965 leaving Witt Hall to be used for fellowship gatherings, productions and dinners.

Since 2007, Banner Olive Branch Senior Center occupied the building providing meals and services to Sun City Seniors. In April of this year, Banner moved to their new location leaving Witt Hall and the modular building vacant. We have contracted with a realtor (Jason Miszuk from REALTYONE GROUP) to market this building for a small business: commercial kitchen, home meal preparation company, senior center, food delivery business, other nonprofit organizations, health related, home health and Senior related users.

In 2013, the modular building was added to our campus. Olive Branch had been using it as office space as well.

The buildings and property have been well maintained through the years and now they wait for just the right church neighbor, tenant and partner.

After worship on Sunday, June 25, the doors to Witt Hall will be open and you are welcome to join us for a tour of the facility.
